The Association of Intuitive Natural Training for Owners and Dogs

THE Association for trainers, behaviourists and dog professionals who do not tolerate use of any device of cruelty, fear or pain, nor any practice of force, coercion or punishment

INTO dogs - A non-profit making Association whose members are all thoroughly checked and adhere to our 'Code of Practice'

Our members have all trained in non-violent, respectful methods of training and communication of dogs. They also recognise the importance of continued study of various gentle methods of dog training to enhance the service that they provide to dog owners across the world

By choosing a dog behavour professional who is a member of INTO Dogs,
you can have confidence in the following:

  • Veterinary personnel know that all INTO Dogs members are happy to work closely with the referring practice, giving them the confidence they require to recommend our members to offer help to their clients
  •   Insurance: All INTO Dogs members are insured by The Kennel Club. Personal Liability insurance is held in connection to one to one training, shows, functions and events they attend under the INTO Dogs banner
Members will:

  •            Provide honest, professional services of the highest standards
  •            Use training methods that adhere to INTO Dogs mission of dog-friendly training
  •            Treat all dogs and clients with respect
  •            Respect clients' wishes regarding the training of their dogs
  •            Continue with their professional development by reading relevant materials; attending suitable conferences, workshops and seminars etc.
  •            Not give guarantees regarding the outcome of training. There is no way to guarantee the cooperation and performance of all parties involved and the knowledge of animal behaviour is still incomplete. This should not be confused with a desire to guarantee client satisfaction with professional services
  •            Hold the privacy of their clients and all information obtained in the course of their professional services in complete confidence, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance
